The Rich Woman Store is powered by Amazon.com. All customer service for orders is handled directly by Amazon.
You may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by Amazon.com within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see below for a complete list of returnable and non-returnable items. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just visit Amazon's online Returns Center, and it will guide you through the process and even supply you with a return-mailing label you can print out.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds cannot be issued for returned products lost in transit. When sending returnable items to Rich Woman we recommend that you use a traceable shipping service to help protect against loss.
The CASHFLOW board games are returnable for up to 30 days. The board game must be returned in its original packaging and with all items and game pieces. If the board game is returned incomplete, no refund will be issued.
For products returned from a bundle purchase, the bundle must be returned in whole to receive the full refund. If any individual products from the bundle are not returned, your refund will be less the full retail price of the missing product.
Damaged/Defective/Incorrect Products
If the original item is damaged or defective, or if an incorrect item was shipped, visit Amazon's online Returns Center.
